About the Role As an Account Manager, you will be driving retention and up-selling our existing customers. You will aim to achieve customer satisfaction across the InterAction-installed customer base. Ensuring effective client management, deployment of internal resources, and expanding products and services within the assigned region. Responsibilities: + Meeting Point Of Sales goals within assigned accounts and Revenue goals within region + Growing pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client + Owning the for the overall health and status relationship with the customer + Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close + Promoting a consultative sales motion at all levels of the organization + Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services + Developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts utilizing CRM and reporting weekly forecast and opportunity progression + Working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction + Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows Requirements + Have a Bachelor’s degree + Display proven experience generating new business sales + Have solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams + Have a solid understanding of solution selling value proposition + Display functional knowledge of negotiation process + Demonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environment + Have excellent organizational and time management skills + Have a technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization, with various flexible and remote working options available to employees Working with Us LexisNexis Legal & Professional is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
