Contract Account Representative I

SUMMARY

The Contract Account Representative I is expected to be hands-on and knowledgeable on business systems and products offered by the business. S/he is primary responsible for ensuring timely processing of order requests with less than 24-hour business day passing quality assurance and expected to participate in the business unit and team’s key initiatives supporting business goals and objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Graduate or undergraduate of any AB or BS degree Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order/contract management Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal) Understanding of Real Page billing and services is preferred Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Sales Force experience is a plus Must be detailed oriented Ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal skills Encouraging, motivating, collaborative and highly adaptable to change Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside the organization Demonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and goal oriented
