Contract Account Representative I (Order Management)

SUMMARY

The Customer Account Representative I is expected to be hands-on and knowledgeable in business systems and products being offered by the business. S/he is primary responsible for ensuring timely processing of order requests with less than 24-hour business day passing quality assurance and expected to participate in the business unit and team's key initiatives supporting goals and objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process/manage orders based on performance metrics as defined by leadership team Escalates issues and or provide sound recommendation to the Revenue Operations Team Lead or Senior; should be able to provide and develop solution to problems Be proactive in addressing concerns and opportunities for improvement Responds to internal customers in a timely manner via email/phone/chatter Serves as back-up according to business need and support coverage Perform Ad hoc related tasks Maintain and improve working knowledge of standard legal agreements and required product terms in support of quote generation through trainings and refresher courses Review orders for correct product information, pricing, and contract agreements Promotes effective collaboration within team members Ensures day to day due diligence performance

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 

At least with 2 years’ experience in Skilled in Order Management Process / Data Entry Process/CSR/Sales/Retail/Admin Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office with a very strong emphasis in Excel, and the ability to manage large datasets and consolidate into a digestible format with attention to error free detail. Strong communication skills, responsive to a variety of requests with a strong ability to multitask. Proactive and a team player. Requires someone who thrives in a challenging work setting Motivated by continuous learning and can handle high levels of responsibility and accountability. The ideal candidate will be skilled in problem-solving, adaptability, and planning/organizing and detailed oriented

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Bachelor’s degree preferred background in Business, Marketing or Financial Analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Analytical mind with problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills. Confidence, assertiveness, and goal-oriented mindset. Multitasking ability and organizational skills. Must be willing to work onsite 1st 90 days, Hybrid after Fixed night shift Experience with Salesforce preferred but not required.
