Your role:
Support implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and proceduresCheck content and analyze supplier contractsMaintain accurate records of all contracts, including amendments, renewals and terminationsTracking deliveries of third-party suppliers and purchase order monitoringCommunicate with internal stakeholders, including procurement & logistics departments to ensure all needs and concerns are addressedYour expertise/ skills:
BSc/MSc in related subject such as Finance, Business Administration1-2 years of professional experience in a similar positionFluent in English & Greek language written and spokenAdvanced digital skills (excel macros etc.)High focus and attention to detailStrong time management skills and ability to work under strict deadlinesTeamwork and excellent communication skillsThe position is fixed-term and the employment contract will be handled via Randstad.Who we are:
