Contract Administration Specialist
Overview The Lemartec Commercial Services Specialist is responsible for activities that span the entire Subcontractor commitment cycle. Responsibilities Review, create, track, and manage Subcontracts for multiple projects at once. Ensure all recommended trade contractors/ goods/service providers have been subject to the prequalification process and all suppliers are approved before use. Performs day-to-day administration functions in support of assigned subcontracts and purchase orders. Request, collect and review certificates of insurance. Track and obtain Subcontractor Bonds Maintains tracking of Subcontract through Procore Commitments including date entry Enters approved Subcontract Schedule of Values in Procore Set-up compliance tracking for all agreements. Review scope of work for accuracy Distribute and track deviation forms. Creates and tracks subcontractor change orders Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B. ) from four-year college or university Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Construction Experience a plus Strong computer Proficient communication, interpersonal and organization skills along with an attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Ability to handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced dynamic Strong analytical and problem-solving Ability to interact with multiple personalities at all levels within the Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients.
