Contracts Administrator, Sr
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Target Rock team!
As our Contracts Administrator, you will conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration of government and/or commercial contracts. You will monitors performance for conformance to original proposal, analyze estimates of material, equipment and production costs. You will review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements. Additionally you will, respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions, Initiate documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications and participate in contract negotiations.
Location: East Farmingdale, NY
Salary/hourly rate: $82,200 to $125,000

Your Challenge
Analyzes estimates of material, equipment and production costs.Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government and contract specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.Approves purchase orders and contracts.Works directly with customers to resolve a variety of open contractual issues.Reviews documentation to authorize work in accordance with contractual specifications.May do some contract negotiations and determine if any certifications are required under the terms and conditions.What You Bring
