Kimley-Horn is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Warrenville, IL office! This is an on-site role located at 4201 Winfield Road, Suite 600, Warrenville, IL 60555

Responsibilities Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers, managing the flow of contracts, providing training, and helping resolve complex issuesReview, negotiate, and help resolve contracts for both public and private sector clientsOrganize and manage contract activities that result in clear advice to project managers on how to proceed, and dedicated partnership to resolve issuesCoordinate with General Counsel as appropriate on individual issues and the overall quality of contract reviews Qualifications 1+ years experience in a related roleHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associates preferred)Knowledge related to reviewing and resolving contractsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skillsStrong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlinesDetail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent internal and external client serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent follow through skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel occasionally to coordinate with corporate counsel and to attend in-house training programsAbility and desire to partner with diverse and dynamic leadership and teamsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Why Kimley-Horn?
