Job Summary

As a Contracts Administrator, you are an essential member of the Accounting Operations Team. You will process and interpret assigned contracts, build strong, lasting relationships, address account issues, and provide an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Essential Functions

Perform accurate and timely processing of complex SaaS and software contracts in Zuora, ensuring established deadlines are met

Manage and administer assigned contracts, maintaining a thorough understanding of each contract

Interpret and evaluate invoices in order to provide excellent and accurate customer support

Analyze and address customer concerns via phone and email, using analytical, problem solving, and research skills to manage account issues through resolution


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

1-3 years of experience processing contracts in a professional, team environment

Experience with Zuora and Salesforce


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

SaaS and/or Software contract knowledgeAdvanced knowledge of Excel

Passion for “digging into the details”, researching data, and taking the initiative to validate data and make recommendations based on findings

Excellent work ethic, able to multi-task and manage to deadlines without compromising detail and accuracy

Collaborative with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment

Service oriented, able to build partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Salary for this role is 60K-65K annually.  Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
