Contract Administrator

Job Summary: The Mid-Level Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the team's contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting various departments with contract-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract language and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update contract templates and standard terms.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their contract needs and provide guidance.
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and systems.
Provide training and support to staff on contract-related matters.
