Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contract Administrator to join our team! In this role you will perform contract administration assignments for projects with constructed values typically in the $20 to $50 million range, predominantly with domestic clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Part of a team delivering a large program of construction projects
Managing at the program level
Provide support on all commercial issues within the projects.
Interact with Commercial Team and client and address all inquiries related to commercial.
Assist with payment of contractors and consultants.
Assist with internal cost comparisons and cost projections.
Maintain payment logs, variation logs and claims logs.
Contribute to review of variation submissions.
Review change logs submitted by Cost Consultant
Contribute to project cash flow updates.
Contribute to drafts of  contractual letters.
Contribute to evaluation of prolongation costs and other cost claims.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field and 10 years demonstrable experience in commercial roles.
Competent in contract administration across different types of contracts
Flexibility
Site working experience
Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions.
Knowledge of traditional and design and build contracts.

Good team player and communicator.
Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
