Your responsibilities include: + **Review and manage military spares purchase orders (POs)** , ensuring accuracy and compliance. + **Clear order holds** and **process deliveries** through the **government WAWF site** . + **Maintain and update customer portals** , providing real-time order status and supporting customer meetings. + **Communicate with customers on PO modifications** , delivery schedules, and expedite requests. + **Work across internal teams** (shipping, packaging, ITC, credit, and more) to resolve issues impacting order fulfillment. + **Provide essential documentation** such as packing slips, Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and other system-generated reports. + **Analyze sales orders and deliveries** using **SAP** to ensure seamless processing. + **Support reporting and process improvement initiatives** to enhance contract administration efficiency. **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications** + Experience in **contract administration** , procurement, or a related field. + Bachelors Degree + Strong understanding of **government contracts and military purchase orders** . + Proficiency in **customer communication and order management** . + Ability to **work independently** while managing multiple priorities. + Detail-oriented with strong **problem-solving and analytical skills** . + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
