Must have a thorough understanding of contracting methods and procedures, techniques of specification and contract writing, purchasing law, purchasing ethics and healthcare regulations.Must have experience in contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and organizations, including price points, terms and conditions, leases and large performance improvement projects, including equipment.Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related health care field. Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Health Care Administration or related field. Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Clinical experience in a hospital setting. Contracting and negotiating experience from vendor-side.Required:
