We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Key Account Services Group working in a fast-paced environment. This individual is responsible for opening and maintaining purchase orders, reviewing paperwork, processing invoices, working various reports, and communicating with internal and external customers and providers.

What you will do:
Reviews all customer documents for accuracy and communicates accordinglyManages all new and renewal contracts and holds meetings to gather necessary informationResponsible for the maintenance of PM service calls, including validating scope of work, and enforcing customer complianceReviews and processes invoices and paperwork, and forwards to the customer as neededResponsible for creating and dispatching purchase orders, along with the maintenance of the PO’s Responsible for meeting daily and monthly billing, invoice processing, contract processing and PM compliance metricsWorks with both internal and external customers and providers, as neededMaintains customer satisfaction by providing the customer with timely billing along with ensuring contract complianceResponsible for generating and printing various assigned reportsResponsible for customer and vendor setup and maintenanceOther duties as assigned
What you will bring:
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six (6) months to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to use multiple systems at the same timeExcellent customer service skillsIn depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and WindowsAbility to function in a team environment as well as independentlyAbility to work regularly and dependablyProven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environmentDemonstrated ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $41,000- $72,850
