Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnershipsThe Contract Administrator is responsible for administrative aspects of the Company’s contract lifecycle management of myriad types of commercial contracts with, among others, the Company’s hospital customers and physician practice groups. These include commercial contracts related to business transactions, intellectual property licenses, real estate and leases, labor and employment, and information technology. In cooperation with divisional business and legal leaders, the Contract Administrator develops, writes, reviews, and participates in strategy for, and negotiations of, such contracts. The Contract Administrator also coordinates and monitors the overall contract drafting and review process and associated workflow, while helping to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal statutes and rules, together with established Healogics guidelines and protocols.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Work with business and legal colleagues to develop contract strategies to achieve Company objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare initial contract drafts based on business objectives and legal requirements and ensure prompt delivery of same to customers.
Serve as a key participant in contract draft negotiations.
Provides redlined recommendations and often negotiates directly with parties involved, attorneys, or purchasing staff to develop solutions until a consensus has been reached for standard and nonstandard contracts.
Maintain contract or case files and correspondence records
Coordinate the gathering of information, materials, documents, reports, and/or evidence which is necessary to prepare transactional documents.
Prepare/draft reports, correspondence, and memoranda as necessary
Maintain safeguards of confidential company information
Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment utilizing excellent judgment, administrative abilities, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate in person, by e-mail and telephone and to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of internal colleagues and external customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Knowledge of general contract principles and practices, particularly with respect to healthcare operations.
Ability to proofread typed material for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors.
Ensure contractual documents are processed into and maintained in relevant databases
Serves as the point of contact for Healogics business team members on contractual matters to facilitate and understand the parties’ desired outcomes while protecting the rights of Healogics and its affiliates
Maintains contractual records and documentation, such as receipts and controls of contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports, and other documents for projects in the document management system.
Develops and implements processes to improve the efficiency and or effectiveness of various processes, including new systems, process changes, and process developments. Specifically assists with development of the contract management database for reporting and tracking start/end dates, renewals, terminations, contract compliance issues, and contract termination completions.

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s degree (with preference for business majors) preferred
Min of three (3) years’ experience working in contract administration/management; or experience with contracts, purchasing, and/or supply chain.
