What You Will Do:
We are currently searching for Contract Analyst to provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Rockville, MD.
Work with staff on the life cycle of contract grant applications, from receipt to funding; complete three review cycles per year.Provide pre-meeting support, including a list of key personnel QVR and administrative review of applications IMPACII.Perform data management; create roster CMO; provide support for Internet Assisted Review IAR platform.Work with staff on meeting preparation, including hotel meetings support in-person, teleconference meeting support Meeting One and travel assistance for reviewers WTS and senior staff; provide local travel support for staff.Provide meeting assistance, including meeting set up clean up.Provide post meeting support; enter scores IMPACII, prepare draft summary statement for Scientific Review Officer SRO review IMPACII, IAR and provide reviewer reimbursement SPRS.Facilitate hotel meetings 3-4 per year and conduct up to 10 teleconferences per year.
