**What You Will Do** **:**
We are currently searching for Contract Analyst to provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Rockville, MD.
+ Work with staff on the life cycle of contract grant applications, from receipt to funding; complete three review cycles per year.
+ Provide pre-meeting support, including a list of key personnel QVR and administrative review of applications IMPACII.
+ Perform data management; create roster CMO; provide support for Internet Assisted Review IAR platform.
+ Work with staff on meeting preparation, including hotel meetings support in-person, teleconference meeting support Meeting One and travel assistance for reviewers WTS and senior staff; provide local travel support for staff.
+ Provide meeting assistance, including meeting set up clean up.
+ Provide post meeting support; enter scores IMPACII, prepare draft summary statement for Scientific Review Officer SRO review IMPACII, IAR and provide reviewer reimbursement SPRS.
+ Facilitate hotel meetings 3-4 per year and conduct up to 10 teleconferences per year.
**What You Will Need** **:**
+ Associates degree: high School diploma (or equivalent) plus two years of experience in lieu of Associates degree
+ A minimum of TWO (2) years of office support experience.
**What Would Be Nice To Have** **:**
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
+ Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
+ Knowledge of Federal grant procedures.
+ Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
The annual salary range for this position is $57,300.00-$85,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
