Key Responsibilities:The Global Procurement organization at United Airlines is responsible for procuring goods and services and developing/ managing relationships with third-party providers with the objective of reducing total cost and risk to the company while improving levels of quality, service, and technology.
The Contract Analyst GP supports United’s Global Procurement team by successfully partnering to handling contract drafting and filling, to ensure timely, efficient and compliant execution. The goal of these initiatives is to support the capture of real total cost of ownership (TCO) savings and drive process efficiencies.
Partner with Contract Managers to draft, review, and revise procurement contracts to meet company objectives and legal requirements. Communicate and resolve procurement related issues including delays, discrepancies or contract concerns. Ensure appropriate timelines are followed as set by the business. Monitor contract compliance across all contracts, and actively lead procurement risk including routine enhancements to agreements, communication of demand/volume changes, updating contracts and sharing end-user feedback. Partner to maintain and develop relationships with internal partners including Division Leads, Operational Field Team, Legal, IT Security. Partner with Contract Management Org to maintain accurate records of transactions, communication, and contract details in a shareable format.
