Imperial Dade, a leading distributor, is searching for a detail orientated Contract and Rebate Claims Representative. Located at our New Brighton office. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by offering our customers the market competitive pricing. The primary responsibility of this role will be to update and maintain contract pricing received from manufacturers and internal sales reps, and to process rebate claims to supplier partners. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with working hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm. 

 

Rate of pay: $20.00/HR

Responsibilities Oversee contract and rebate cost management within company systems, including data entry, maintenance, and securing replacement cost support.Effectively communicate contract updates to relevant departments.Provide support on pricing inquiries, research best-cost options for bids and quotes, and solicit contract costs from suppliers. Generate and analyze sales/costing reports as needed.Identify and communicate margin enhancement opportunities. Maintain a digital repository of vendor contracts. Submit rebate claims according to vendor-specific schedules and reconcile any discrepancies.Ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in an office setting.Strong data entry and data management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent follow-up skillsAbility to learn and utilize various software programs
