Job Description

As Contracts Review Attorney/ In-House Legal Counsel, you will work autonomously and as part of the wider business/ legal team. Varied responsibilities include:

Working on a variety of contracts and agreements - drafting, negotiating, reviewing and administrationDrafting and negotiating contracts/ agreements - domestic & international contracts and NDA's, license agreements, teaming agreements,Updating, reviewing and maintaining contract templates and libraryReviewing internal policies and proceduresMust have experience in drafting contracts from start to finishThe Successful Applicant

Demonstrable skills and experience required for the Contract Review Attorney/ Senior Legal Counsel role:

3+ years experience in contract workMust have experience in drafting contracts - not just editing from template contractsLaw degree/ J.D. beneficial but not essential - paralegal or other relevant experience considered as long as you have had responsibility for drafting contractsAbility to work autonomously as well as collaborativelyRemote role, the company have an office in NYC which you can work from if you wish - candidates must be able to work EST time zoneWhat's on Offer
