Contract BCBA Summary of role The Contract BCBA is responsible for specified predetermined projects and is based outside of our office. They support the leadership team in executing our strategy of safe, happy, and healthy OPPO rtunities for clients and employees. The BCBA is responsible for initiating behavior tracking, creating behavior support plans, training staff on how to properly execute BSPs, and consulting with leadership on best practices for behavior management. The Behaviorist reports to the CEO and COO. Prerequisites + Certified BCBA + Bachelor’s degree + Ability to pass a background check Expectations + Conduct behavior assessments in group homes and host homes with IDD + Develop behavior support plans + Train and supervise staff on the implementation of behavioral procedures + Analyze behavioral data and develop monthly reports Competitive Pay & Benefits + Based on contract Other Requirements + Travel up to 25% + Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking. + Rarely required to lift up to 25 lbs.
