Contract Change Manager
Responsibilities Own administrative aspects of customer change order management process from inception to closureDrive continuous improvement of customer change order process.Partner with project teams in ensuring accurate estimation of change order value.Participate in change order negotiations with external stakeholders.Review contract documents and consult with legal for contractual compliance.Facilitate flow of paperworkServe as a liaison between project management, technical teams, purchasing, legal, and customers.Assess issues with change order execution, develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring change order execution, and for interventions and problem solving with the contract renewal team, sales, management, and partners.Support Project Purchasing with change order documentation including but not limited to development of scope statement, implementation schedule, value negotiation.Support Project Controls with timely invoicing of change orders. Application Requirements Bachelor’s degree related field2 – 4 year Experience in contract management, supplier or customer relationship managementAbility to read, interpret, and negotiate contractsEnglish AdvancedStrong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities

Preferable experience or familiarity with Material Handling automation industryKnowledge in contract review.Experience of IT and financial systems preferred (SalesForce, SAP, etc.).Some experience in project and/or contract management.Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting resultsThis role will be based at one of our 3 locations:
