Job Posting: Claims Reviewer (Contract Role)

We are seeking Claims Reviewers for a contract supporting a large-scale recovery initiative. This position involves reviewing and processing claims related to a specialized program. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview and verify applications for program eligibility.Perform quality checks on processed applications.Assist with appeals and follow-up inquiries.Communicate with applicants or their representatives to ensure accurate information.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support program objectives.Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the process.Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

At least one year of administrative experience in a professional setting.Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret program guidelines.Excellent communication skills for interacting with applicants and team members.Basic math skills for calculations and data verification.Ability to work onsite on a rotating schedule and accommodate overtime as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in claims processing or related administrative work.Familiarity with specialized software tools such as Xactimate.Knowledge of government programs or disaster recovery processes is a plus.
