EquipmentShare is Hiring a Contract Compliance Coordinator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Contract Compliance Coordinator for our rental facility in Houston, TX to support our team as it continues to grow.  

EquipmentShare is seeking a Contract Compliance Coordinator to be responsible to assist the contract team by completing necessary rental documents in a timely manner and fact-checked for compliance purposes. May be asked to assist with other duties as needed.

Primary Responsibilities Champion safe job practices for repairing equipment Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably Be eager and able to fix nearly any piece of equipment  Enjoy working directly with customers to solve their problems  Work well in a team environment and communicate effectively Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred) Why We’re a Better Place to Work

We are looking for someone with availability to work (ex. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or Monday-Friday 6am-3pm) 

Skills & Qualifications  1-2 years of sales experience (equipment sales experience is a plus) You’re a great listener and care about solving your customer’s problems You’re energized by building, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout every step of the rental process You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
