Position Title: Contract Compliance Specialist- Property Interest & Risk Management (P3)

Role Description
The Contract Compliance Specialist – Property Interest builds and maintains relationships with various business partners to facilitate the administration of commercial deal points and recommends “Customer Obsessed” solutions to streamline contract delivery. Sales, Client Services, Real Estate Representatives, Contract Specialists and Contract Analysts often request the guidance of the Contract Compliance Specialist to define property rights and obligations as related to customer agreements.
The specialist will complile the prime lease exhibit for our customer agreements. A prime lease supplies evidence of Crown's rights to a parcel of land which we will lease or license to our customers. It contains all terms and conditions agreed upon by the landlord and Crown (or Crown's predecessor in interest). The prime lease demonstrates the chain of title for both the orifinal landloard and lessee to the current landlord and lessee.
Responsibilities
Provides documentation to comply with various customer Master License Agreements. Ensures that property related deal points are documented correctly for customer agreements, billing and administration of the customer agreements. Identify and assist with contractual issues and provide recommendations to Real Estate and Sales business partners, and Contract Development. Proactively builds relationships with Tower Contract Development Attorneys, Real Estate Portfolio Attorneys, and other cross-functional groups to administer contract terms in accordance with company guidelines and SOX Compliance. Responds to business partners’ requests for substantiation of deal terms in response to customer inquiries. Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Contract Development Team and other business partners regarding property interest questions and obligations. Provides guidance to Regional Sales, Project Managers, and Contract Development and Shared Services on real estate deal points, and Customer Contract Templates. Provides guidance for sites on which Crown Castle acts as manager. Develops, improves, and maintains training guides for property interest topics with cooperation from Technical Training Manager

Education/Certifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
Three (3) years’ wireless industry experience Two (2) years’ experience in project management

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
