The Contract Coordinator is responsible for supporting the field sales teams by assisting in the preparation of quotes and quote related documents, including price verification and correct alignment to national, corporate, and/or government negotiated agreements. Position Requirements + Support field sales teams with any quote related information including collection and insertion of data for Taxes, Freight, Previous Agreement Carry-Over, Trade-In Values + Verify and Update quote document terms and footnotes as needed + Confirm GPO/IDN/Government membership alignment for correct price offerings + Monitor CPQ queue for all new documents awaiting processing + Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy minimizing turn-around-time (TAT) for quotations + Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMerieux’s Quality System + Performs other duties as assigned Education & Experience + Associate’s Degree or equivalent work related experience is required. + OR, 2 years sales administration, customer service, or sales support. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability + Requires familiarization with all bioMerieux products, in-depth knowledge of customer accounts and a working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com and related quoting, contracting, and business management tools + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Ability to write reports and business correspondence + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of mangers, clients, customers and the public + Expert use of standard Microsoft Office software, excel, word and email + Evaluation, problem-solving and decision-making abilities + Proactive attitude and extremely motivated + Professional, hardworking, flexible, problem solver + Exemplary organizational and detail implementation skills + Knowledge of diagnostics industry preferred Working Conditions and Physical Requirements + Ability to remain in stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods. + Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, ramps, and the like. Domestic travel 0-5% of the time. The estimated wage range for this role based in Illinois is between $31.00 - 40.70/hour. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux’s bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
