Partner with the People Development team to:
Learn and deliver pre-developed leadership development content (e.g., emotional intelligence, change management, communication, feedback, people development) in partnership with a full-time employee facilitator.Co-facilitate classroom and virtual sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, including role-plays, simulations, group discussions, team exercises, videos, and interactive lectures.Promote understanding and practical application to ensure learners achieve their objectives Create a safe, supportive and engaging environment for participants, encouraging participation and cooperation Help identify learning needs and gaps in the classroom and among participantsAdjust program content as needed to address any specific challenges, manage conflicts and resolve issues that may arise during discussions. Must be willing and able to travel throughout North America from Monday to FridayAt least 5-7 years of experience creating, delivering, and facilitating both classroom and virtual training and development programs for adult learnersExcellent facilitation and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to assess training needs and appropriate learning solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and especially PowerPointAbility to engage people with authenticity, humor, and great listening skillsGood judgement, strong integrity, passion for coaching, ability to quickly adapt to change, and insatiable curiosityExcellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical peopleCompensation: This role is eligible for an hourly rate of $80 - $120 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience, open to daily rates or other arrangements for qualified candidates will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Retirement: Temporary employees who work a minimum of 25 hours a week, are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match.
