About Your Business Area/Department:
Your objective is to handle the Americas Order to Cash (OtC) Operations for customer end-to-end processes which includes Contract Fulfillment and Ordering, transcribe contractual conditions and customer inventory into SAP. This function is the cornerstone to efficiency in all downstream activities directly impacting the ability to bill, collect and pay customers in a timely and efficient manner. In this role you need to work efficiently as one team with other Finance partners to maximize Amadeus revenues and cash while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

Summary of the role:
- Optimize collaboration with neighboring areas, support and customers
- Support monthly billing execution, monthly closing and reporting activities
- Attend internal and external customer queries and escalations
- Expertise in products, pricing, customer master data and contract aspects
- Team interaction, motivation and development
·In this role you’ll:
- Be a functional partner in the operational Contract Fulfillment and Ordering team for the Amadeus Americas region working together with other finance areas and internal customers to ensure positive Key Performance Indicators in line with agreed Service Level Agreements for operational processes.
- You are a business partner for internal departments and customers, providing support and advice for all operational related topics.
- You drive, collaborate and give input on the evolution of operational related processes.
- Customer queries: Respond to customer queries and resolve issues
- Reporting: Provide business unit reporting and other required information
- Coordination: Work with sales, finance, and customer service teams.
- Customer relationship Management skills or basic knowledge
- Internal/External Audits support
- Process improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve the O2C process
on local and international projects.
About the ideal candidate:
- Prior experience in a Finance role, ideally related to Billing, Collection, Customer Service, Finance Shared Services or similar.
- English knowledge or skills (Minimum B1 or B2 a plus)
- Strong organizational skills
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
- Understanding of customer account management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of SAP or ERP Applications, additional knowledge in BI and CRM is a plus
