Bachelors' Degree, required.Excellent project management skills and the ability to champion multiple assignments with competing deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBi, and Tableau.Superb analytical skills and the ability to dervice insights and strategic recommendations from data sets.2+ years in an analytical role pertaining to HR.

The hourly rate for this role is $35-$42/hr.
