Our client, a prominent entertainment provider, seeks a dynamic Contract HR Coordinator to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses strong HR Operations experience, championing tasks such as tackling FMLA and workers compensation claims, as well as maintaining HRIS data. Additionally, experience working with unionized hourly populations as well as preparing offer letters and other internal communications are key aspects of this role. 2+ years of relevant HR experience.Experience working with unionized hourly populations, strongly preferred.Experience with ADP or UKG, strongly preferred.Experience with tasks such as handling workers compensation claims, onboarding, and maintaining HRIS data.

The hourly rate for this role is $30-$36/hr.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
