Job Title: Contract Insurance Application Processor (Contract Role)
Location: Hybrid (Remote & On-Site One Day Per Week)
Employment Type: Contract through July 2025

Salary: $21-$22.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:45pm, with a 45-minute unpaid lunch

Position Overview
As a Life Insurance Contract Processor, you will play a vital role in servicing life insurance contracts. Your primary responsibilities include processing service requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and following up on outstanding items. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to draft clear, error-free correspondence. Successful candidates are self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously while meeting productivity expectations.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately enter required data across various applications, including Portability, Conversions, and Continuation.Problem Resolution: Use sound judgment to research and resolve issues, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data.Follow-up and Communication: Follow up to obtain missing information required for processing, which may involve generating customer-focused emails, letters, or phone calls to customers or clients.Team Support: Respond to team inbox inquiries, fulfilling customer and client requests in a timely and efficient manner.Adherence to Standards: Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with department quality, security standards, and service level obligations.Qualifications:Strong Data Entry Skills: Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry with speed.Quality Assurance Focus: Consistently meet established department goals and quality standards.Customer Service: Strong customer focus, both internally and externally, ensuring satisfaction and timely responses.Prioritization and Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while remaining adaptable to changes in processes and systems.Professional Work Ethic: Strong work ethic combined with professionalism and a positive "can-do" attitude.Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Innovation & Collaboration: Willingness to contribute new ideas, processes, and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.Team Player: Willingness to help others and be cross-trained in different departments to provide additional support when needed.
