**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Contract Lifecycle Coordinator is a senior administrator role, responsible for operating at a local or regional level and is responsible for medium to larger sized contracts from a perspective of value and complexity. This role takes instructions from the Senior Contract Lifecycle Coordinator.
The Contract Lifecycle Coordinator makes limited decisions within known contract scenarios and would consult the Senior Contract Lifecycle Coordinator for advice.
**What you'll be doing**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provides a general administrative function to the Contract Lifecycle Management team, including coordinating meetings and logistics, filing and record keeping and dealing with basic client queries, ensuring that the relevant database is up to date and accurate.
+ Administers contract data for medium to larger sized clients, vendors and/or sub-contractors.
+ Managed the activation of the contract for servicing as per the Company activation policy.
+ Ensures that the relevant systems are regularly updated with the specific information from the contracts lifecycle management process.
+ Ensures the correctness and completeness of contract information and data by verifying that all sub-documents of the contracts are included and that all detail has been completed.
+ Investigates or corrects any identified errors or discrepancies or escalate for resolution.
+ Keeps track of contract renewal dates ensuring they are renewed before expiry.
+ Escalates details of renewals that will not be executed on time to the Senior Contracts Lifecycle Coordinator.
+ Ensures that client contracts are updated with the latest sales order detail and that invoice amounts are updated accordingly.
+ Prepares and distributes required reports including renewal schedules, client schedules, contract lists.
+ Performs any other related task as require

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications:**
+ Completion of a high school diploma and working towards completion of a basic degree is preferable.
+ Working towards completion of an ITIL certification is preferable.
**Required Experience:**
+ Demonstrable work experience preferably in a similar role.
+ Demonstrable related experience gained within a related technology services environment.
