Your Role The Warehouse Supervisor has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities and team members on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. Your Responsibilities You will ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.You will ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned and completed properly.Maintain product locator system and space use through warehouse consolidation.You will complete all necessary records and reports in an accurate fashion.Assure the integrity of the inventory and support cycle count inventories.Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining employee awareness of and compliance with the Kuehne + Nagel Quality, Safety & Health, Environment, and Security Management Systems, (QSHE).You will maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems as applicable and to KN's QSHE Management System.Help with internal and external QMS, Compliance, Customer, and Operational audits.Ensure required training is provided to all employees to support the QMS according to the Training Matrix.Update Work Instructions and Job Aids to support the QMS.Ensure that discrepancies are documented using the appropriate reporting systems Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2-3+ years’ experience in Logistics and supervisory roles.Lean six sigma\r\n or Kiazen knowledge Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
