About This Opportunity The Contract Management Analyst is responsible for managing all technical aspects of contract formation and administration, while championing supplier diversity initiatives within the organization. This role will work collaboratively with senior management and various departments, such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing, to develop strategies for contract negotiations, vendor management, and supplier diversity programs. The incumbent will monitor contract performance, ensure compliance with organizational needs, and act as an ambassador for supplier diversity, both internally and externally. This position is also responsible for developing diverse spend tracking processes, engaging with internal business team, and creating educational programs on supplier diversity for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Support the enterprise to conceive, develop, and deliver techniques, practices, and procedures for contract formation and administration in a manner that best protects company interests, ensuring alignment with diversity and company objectives. Negotiate terms, conditions, and warranties with vendors, suppliers, and diverse businesses. Track and analyze trends in contractual agreements, identifying areas for possible savings and opportunities for supplier diversity. Initiate new vendor set up, vendor maintenance, and support supplier diversity initiatives. Administer contract changes, closures, and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with company policies. Lead supplier diversity initiatives, including identifying and connecting with diverse vendors, and presenting them to business leaders for consideration. Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms for diverse spend and create dashboards for supplier diversity metrics. Collaborate with legal and senior management to support contract and diversity initiatives. Initiate, review, manage and maintain software, hardware, maintenance, and professional service submissions via ServiceNow, iProc, Purchase Order Justification (POJ), and iCIMS queues. Create and manage an internal education campaign focused on supplier diversity, while also developing external branding for the company's supplier diversity efforts. Proactively communicate contract and diversity strategies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals. Engage with procurement teams, ensuring supplier diversity is considered throughout the vendor onboarding process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in contract management and supplier diversity. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) or a related certification is preferred. Experience with Oracle or similar contract management software is a plus. Strong budgeting, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex contract strategies and supplier diversity initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. Strong familiarity and technical competence with contract management software and/or applicable automated systems. KSA (Knowledge; Skills; Abilities): Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier diversity management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage orders/quotations, contracts, and supplier relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments. Proficient in contract management software, including Oracle, Icertis, and advanced Excel skills. Detail-oriented with a forward-thinking approach to continuous improvement in procurement processes.
