Job Description Responsible for the contract lifecycle management of B2B specifically on customer contracts and managing every aspect including delivery (creation/drafting), monitoring of performance aligned with best practices , and other success factors from new to renewal, reviews and amendments to expiration aligned with B2B’s goals and objectives.Delivery of key projects related to but, not limited, to automation, standardization and safekeeping of all contracts..
DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create standard service templates across products within B2B portfolio
Guarantee creation of new and renewal contracts
Ensure and measure compliance, deliverables and performance on customer contracts
Establish timelines and process in the contract lifecycle
Properly allocate staff workload and additional resources
Create an accurate audit trail using automation
Govern organizational rules and processes as needed and related to Contracts Management
Align with stakeholders for opportunities with complex Contract requirements
Recommend and oversee improvements to streamline Contracts Management operations and enhance efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of work experience with minimum of 3 years experience in contract management
Experienced in contract repository management
Experienced in developing instructional and procedural documentations & presentations
Experienced in Agile ways of working & data insighting
Experience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment essential.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skils
At least a college graduate of any 4 year Bachelor's pre-Law courses or a law graduate
With Certification/s related to the practice
Bachelor's Degree in any related fieild
