Contract Manager - 3rd Party Manufacturing
Location: Poznan, Poland, hybrid **Are you an experienced professional with a broad expertise in manufacturing and contract management?** Join our dynamic Centralized 3rd Party Manufacturing (C3PM) Team at our Human Nutrition and Care Business. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners and oversee third party manufacturing performance, ensuring seamless and cost efficient operations. As a key member of our C3PM organization, you will have the opportunity to build a third party manufacturing network and the associated management processed, to ensure “fit for purpose” solutions for any business or innovation need. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities** **Third party manufacturer oversight and performance management:** Oversee performance management for the 3PM portfolio and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners to facilitate continuous improvement and issue resolution. **New third party production implementation:** Participate to the selection of Contract Manufacturers/Tollers to meet business or innovation demand while ensuring both highest quality standards and cost efficiency. Coordinate the qualification of a new third party manufacturing partner and the implementation of new tolled/CMO products. **Third party manufacturing strategy:** Maintain network (and related technical knowledge) of third party manufacturers to find the best partner for each product and anticipate innovation and business need.
