Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities** **Third party manufacturer oversight and performance management:** Oversee performance management for the 3PM portfolio and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners to facilitate continuous improvement and issue resolution. **New third party production implementation:** Participate to the selection of Contract Manufacturers/Tollers to meet business or innovation demand while ensuring both highest quality standards and cost efficiency. Coordinate the qualification of a new third party manufacturing partner and the implementation of new tolled/CMO products. **Third party manufacturing strategy:** Maintain network (and related technical knowledge) of third party manufacturers to find the best partner for each product and anticipate innovation and business need.
