Job Description Summary: The Contract Manager at MasTec Utility Services will oversee and manage incoming opportunities, ensuring efficient coordination between service lines, effective client communication, and comprehensive tracking and management of subcontractors. This role demands a versatile skill set, including contractor and subcontractor qualifications, contract awards, administration, and ensuring contract compliance. Responsibilities Contract Monitoring: Monitor contracts and coordinate with operations to ensure legal compliance with contract requirements. Contract Administration: Review, negotiate, and administer Contract and Subcontract agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Project Tracking: Initiate and administer project tracking. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders and senior leadership on submittal compliance and contract qualifications. Document Review: Review and understand solicitation contract documents (draft, final, Q&A, amendments, etc.) and develop key artifacts, such as necessary templates and outlines to assist in contract review and subcontract writing. Kickoff Meeting Preparation: Provide contract and subcontract information for project kickoff meetings, ensuring distribution of contracts, subcontracts, and applicable schedules, and informing and assigning accountabilities to stakeholders. Review Document Production: Incorporate and format written responses into formal review documents for each level of review. Text Production Coordination: Coordinate the production of text for activities such as executive summaries, company qualifications/capabilities, past performance, resumes, and other related materials. Qualifications Education and Work Experience: Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Power Delivery space. Technical Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce preferred; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, SharePoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat is required. Service Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of technical service experience with a demonstrated ability to manage the contracting process. Information Management: Proficient with the use of the Internet/Intranet as tools to support information management. Skills & Abilities: Policy Compliance: Demonstrated ability to follow established policies and procedures and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. Commitment: Willingness and ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to complete assignments and meet tight deadlines with professional results. Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a complex workload. Customer Service: Demonstrated strong customer service focus, extreme attention to detail, with strong interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills. Pay Range: $85,000 to $145,000
