Job Description Summary: The Contract Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of incoming opportunities for MasTec Utility Services. This role will require a wide range of skills from coordination between service lines, client communication related to contracts and opportunities, and tracking and managing progress of subcontractors utilizing multiple internal teams. The position will handle contractor and subcontractor qualifications, awards, administration, and contract compliance. Responsibilities Monitoring contracts and coordinating with operations to ensure Legal review for compliance with contract requirements Reviewing, negotiating, and administering Contract and Subcontract agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements Project tracking initiation and administration Working closely with Stakeholders and senior leadership on submittal compliance and contract qualifications Review and understand the solicitation contract documents (draft, final, Q&A, amendments, etc.) and create / develop key artifacts, such as the necessary templates and outlines to assist contract review and subcontract writers in developing appropriate content and compliant responses Provide contract and subcontract information for project kickoff meeting preparation, ensuring that the contracts, subcontracts, and applicable schedule are distributed, and stakeholders are informed and assigned accountabilities, as necessary Incorporate and format written responses into formal review documents for each level of review Coordinate the production of text for such activities as executive summaries, company qualifications / capabilities, past performance, resumes and other related materials Qualifications Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated ability to follow established policies and procedures and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team Willingness and ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays as needed to complete assignments and meet tight deadlines with professional results Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage complex workload Demonstrated strong customer service focus, extreme attention to detail, with strong interpersonal and communication (written / verbal) skills Education and/ or Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Power Delivery space Experience using Salesforce preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required; MS Word, SharePoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is desired A minimum of 5-8 years of technical service experience with demonstrated ability to manage contracting process*Pay Range: $108,000 to $131, 000
