Title: Contracts Manager Location: Lyon
Contract Length: 12 months (scope for extension)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support a  Carbon Capture and Storage/Utilization (CCSU) project aimed at transforming a cement plant into a sustainable carbon capture facility to produce net zero cement.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and technology providers. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements. Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams to mitigate risks and resolve disputes. Monitor contract performance, terms, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:

10+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in infrastructure, carbon capture projects, power plants, industrial or oil & gas projects Strong understanding of contractual law, negotiation, and risk mitigation. Proven track record managing contracts in engineering, construction, or energy sectors. Strong EPC knowledge
