Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque We are looking for a Contract Manager International who is responsible for supporting revenue generation by optimizing contracts related to compliance, storage, and renewals. In this key position, you will be in charge of ensuring the data integrity of contracting terms and generating reports. You will apply your knowledge, expertise, and strategic insights regarding contract terms and risks to provide valuable insights to the company. Additionally, you will develop a balanced contract lifecycle management process. In this role, you will work closely with the departments of Commercial Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and external data providers to ensure that all contract data is accurately gained and made available to other teams as needed. Remote work is possible from anywhere in Germany. **Essential Job Functions** + Coordinate and audit commercial contract data capture ensuring that vital data is brought together in various systems. + Handle Customer system membership process for Healthcare Systems and Group Purchasing Organizations to support accurate administrative fee reporting and payment. + Identify automation needs and request improvements to systems housing contract data and recommend additional software that will improve sustainability over time. + Ensure that pricing is recorded and updated in a timely manner and that pricing is accurate in all systems such as the CRM, CPQ and ERP system for order accuracy. + Support all required financial and legal audits on a monthly basis collaborating with finance and legal to streamline process. + Assess and anticipate risk to the business and work with cross functional teams to build adequate processes and documentation to minimize risk. + Build a maintain a repository of vendor information to support the creation of customer requested forms, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQsin a timely manner. + Lead a team of individuals to accomplish these functions. Develop goals and implement performance review and management processes for the team. + Handle workload and seek additional resources when required. + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications - External** **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Businessor equivalent experiencerequired + 10years of applicable experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry + validated experience leading teams to high performance isrequired. + Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to tackle routine problems + Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal + Proven understanding of analytic tools and data quality processes + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritising multiple priorities + Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
