**A Snapshot of Your Day** As a Contract Manager, within the U.S. Legal Department, assigned to the Gas Services business in Siemens Energy you will support large frame gas turbine new unit commercial contracts for the sale of equipment and/or projects throughout the Americas and suggest innovative ways to deal with contract requirements, negotiations, obligations, and exposures to internal business partners and end-customers. This position will be based out of Siemens Energy’s offices in Orlando, Florida. **How You will Make an Impact** + Write, review, analyze, modify, and negotiatecomplex sales documents, settlement agreements, confidentiality agreements,letters of intent, changes to existing agreements for service and equipment,and other contractual terms and conditions to achieve acceptable risk levels. + Summarize, prepare and present risk summariesfor review and approval by management. + Performing as a member of amulti-disciplined negotiation team. + Review and provide legal advice relating tohigh profile contracts, subcontracts, bids, equipment agreements, salestransactions, project implementation issues and general corporate matters. + Conduct legal research and provide ongoinglegal support within territory. **What YouBring** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or other relevant degree with a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experiencein a comparable role. (Advanced degree in Business or Law preferred but notrequired.) + Providestrong negotiation skills with excellent communication, writing, and meetingfacilitation skills, detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects at thesame time. + Demonstratea pragmatic approach to problem solving and strong flexibility to adjust tochanging requirements, schedules, and priorities. + Collaboratorwho can also work independently and thrives in a challenging environment. + Ableto socialize ideas and verbally communicate, clearly and concisely, make recommendations, and gather teamconsensus to move forward with a range of associates, colleagues, seniorexecutives and customers. + Abilityand flexibility for domestic and international travel up to twenty percent(20%).
