Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations. + 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third party logistics relationships. Preferred qualifications: + Experience in driving supply chain processes and ERP implementations (especially SAP), including requirements gathering, process design, and testing. + Ability to take ownership, bring order to complex situations, and work effectively with others. + Excellent business analysis skills, including fit-gap analysis and process enhancement, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to be proactive and a willingness to handle ambiguity. + Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
