The Role

Proofpoint is seeking an experienced Contract Operations Analyst to join our growing Product team. In this role, you will be an analyst for Proofpoint Essentials responsible for managing software platform operations. You will work cross­ functionally with the Channel sales and Finance organizations as well as with external partners. You will own channel business transitions, monitor licenses, and onboard partners to drive a multimillion dollar software business. You will also assist with analysis activities on the enterprise side of the business including product metrics.

Your day-to-day

Manage business-critical analyses to proactively grow the channel business (including churn and competitive insights)Reporting requestsCustomer base analyses including segmentation, discountingDiscount and share shift trackingPlatform operationsApproving, tracking, executing change of channel movesProactively manage business transitions such as EOLs or terminated partnershipsLicense managementManage and monitor test, trial, NFR licenses proactivelyManage true ups along with the renewal team
