This position will be based at Camp Henry, Daegu, Korea.

The job of the Contract Project Manager is to support to the customer at Camp Henry.  This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas of responsibilities:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Manage a geographically disbursed staff. Meeting Participation: Attend, participate in, and provide input to scheduled and unscheduled meetings, conferences, and briefings related to contract functions and services as required by the Government. Contract Management: Act as the primary authority for the Contractor on all contract matters related to the daily operation of the contract, ensuring effective performance of work. Deliverables Submission: Turn in all required deliverables, including but not limited to Weekly Activity Reports (WAR), Monthly Status Reports (MSR), Quality Control (QC) Plans, and staff training plans. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to guide project execution. Scope Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client goals and managing any changes to the project scope. Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial resources are used efficiently in coordination with Telos PMO. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success in coordination with Telos PMO. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues that arise. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, conducting regular reviews and assessments. Contract Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with contractual obligations and legal requirements. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, analyzing data to ensure project goals are met. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records, to ensure transparency and accountability. Project Closure: Oversee project closure activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed, stakeholders are satisfied, and lessons learned are documented for future projects.
