Bachelors' degree, required.Previous construction industry experience, highly preferred.The ability to handle full-cycle recruitment for development, property management, and construction management positions.Previous employee relations and onboarding experience, preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $40-$45/hr.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
