Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY

 

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Specialist (contractor) to help elevate our employer brand and attract top-tier talent. In this role, you’ll develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that support talent recruitment, while working closely with both our internal marketing team and key stakeholders.

 

You’ll bring fresh ideas and sharp storytelling skills to craft compelling content across email, social media, and digital platforms—making an immediate impact on how candidates see and engage with our brand.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the internal marketing team to align on branding, messaging, and campaign strategiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to recruitment goals and target audiencesCurate and write persuasive, action-driven copy for emails, digital ads, and marketing flyersCollaborate with creative teams to develop content for:Email campaigns and newslettersSocial media posts and influencer contentMarketing flyers and recruitment materialsLanding pages and micrositesConsult on landing page best practices to improve candidate conversionEnsure consistency across all marketing materials in line with brand guidelinesWork with leadership to brainstorm and execute unique, marketing-focused recruitment eventsMonitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and optimization strategies Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or recruitment marketingProven ability to lead and manage integrated digital campaignsExcellent writing skills with an emphasis on clear, engaging, and persuasive messagingFamiliarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarExperience with landing page creation or consulting on UX for conversionStrong collaborator with experience working cross-functionallyKnowledge of employer branding or recruitment in healthcare is a plus

                      

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.

 

Travel requirements:  No travel required.

 

Work Conditions:

This is a remote position that requires reliable access to a computer and internet connectionThe role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computerRegular use of a computer screen for extended periods is expectedFlexible hours may be needed to meet project deadlines and collaborate with internal teams
