Job Title: Customer Success – Renewals Specialist

We’re looking for driven individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for exceeding sales goals to be a part of our quickly growing customer success renewals team! 

 

Our customer success renewals team is on a mission to not only retain and grow our current contract portfolio but to help identify opportunities across the customer technology landscape where we can add value. You’ll work to renew (and grow – LT) support contracts leveraging world-class Black Box support offers as well as work with some of the most innovative technology vendors in the world across our practice areas – Unified/Cloud Communications, Network & Wireless, Contact Center/CX and more!

Key Responsibilities:

 

Exceptional Customer Experiences: Proactively communicating with customers, building strong relationships to understand needs, and ensuring we exceed expectations. Renewal Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies for IT contract renewals, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities. Negotiation Mastery: Drive successful contract negotiations, balancing client requirements with company objectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract renewals, proactively addressing issues to maintain positive client relationships. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize contract renewal processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. Communication: Articulate complex contract terms in a clear and concise manner, fostering transparent communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.  3+ years of proven experience in IT support contract creation, renewals, and sales Proven experience in upselling & cross-selling technology solutions as part of renewal engagement Experience in cloud technologies, collaboration, contact center/CX, networking, and/or infrastructure technologies. Experience with top-tier UC/CC & Network Manufacturers (Cisco, Juniper, AVAYA, NEC, Mitel, Unify, etc.) a strong plus.  Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer business needs to technical solutions.  Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity. Strong English speaking skills and ability to communicate easily with English speaking customers and co-workers around the world. A passion for staying at the forefront of technology trends.
