Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Contract Reviewer. This entry-level position is ideal for new graduates with business-related degrees who are looking to grow within a manufacturing company. The role involves assisting internal team members and customers by reviewing and processing sales orders, ensuring their accuracy, and entering them into the CRM system.
ResponsibilitiesReview all incoming sales orders for accuracy.Assist in ensuring orders are accurate and ready for entry.Process purchase orders sent by customers.Identify errors in purchase orders and communicate with customers to obtain revised orders.Enter processed orders into the CRM system.Work closely with the supervisor and team members to learn the system and review contracts.Essential SkillsData entry skillsAdministrative skillsClerical support experienceCustomer service skillsTyping speed of 50 WPM with high accuracyProficiency in Office 365Excellent communication skillsStrong critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsComfortable answering the phone and providing backup to the Operator and Sales Support linesProficiency with CRM systemsMathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, as well as the ability to draw and interpret graphs in ExcelAdditional Skills & QualificationsPrevious SAP experience is not required but beneficialStrong job tenure to be considered!Curiosity and willingness to ask questionsDesire to learn and grow within the companyWork EnvironmentThis role is an addition to the current staff, comprising 5 people on the customer service side and 5 on the contract review side. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. For the first year, the role requires working in the office, with an option to work from home two days a week afterward.
