Title: Contract Sales Support Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role reports into Channel Operations team and will partner with sales representatives and Law Department on NCR Voyix’s Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM). Primary responsibility will be supporting administrative function of NCR Voyix CLM tool and becoming the subject matter expert on channel partner agreements.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Own maintaining all legal templates utilized in channel businessAssembles and coordinates contracts & legal documents between NCR Voyix and the onboarding partner to ensure requirements are metOwn amending all existing channel agreements to update with new products, services, territories that partners may be authorized to resellSupport issuance and modification of legal agreements such as engagement letter/target letter to partnersResponsible for maintaining legal document databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data in Salesforce and DocuSignAssist with monitoring and supporting ownership of email inboxManaging and monitoring CLM system for existing contracts, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained in accordance with contracts requirements, policies and procedures; notify business owners of forthcoming terminations, renewals and prepare legal noticesOwner of updating partner tier level on a quarterly basis in SalesforceDevelop and maintain proficiency on NCR’s CLM tool, DocuSign, CLM best practices and problems that a user may experience.Incumbents work shift will primarily be first shift (Serbian working hours) with some work in second shifts if/when neededBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or comparable degree with para-legal concentration. Business Administration or Marketing concentration is a plus.3-5 years of experience working in a para-legal or contract management role supporting the creation or management of business contracts in a Business to Business relationship.Relationship Management and Ownership: Good organizational skills managing internal business requests and workload without constant supervision; partner with internal and external teams.Problem solving: Ability to think conceptually, quickly identify and resolve problems and to gather and analyze information skillfully, getting to the root cause; partner with external vendor and internal users as needed. Must be resourceful problem solver and self-starterCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high proficiency level in English. Ability to document processes, changes, quick reference guides and other written notifications.Interpersonal skills: Must possess strong people skills and professionalism with the ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels; must have a strong customer-focused attitude with the ability to listen, understand and respond quickly to customersExperience with managing projects and demonstrated project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
