Your Impact:
We are seeking to hire a Contract Services Analyst who will manage the full cycle of distributor contract renewals for our clients in the food service industry. This is a key service offering and you will interact with stakeholders at various levels at both the clients and distributors. You will work closely alongside a small team and have an aptitude for problem solving. Critical thinking is necessary in this role, as well as a high degree of attention to detail. Over time, you will be tasked to handle large projects on your own and therefore, must be capable of planning and time management to meet deadlines.
Contract Analysis: Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms, conditions, and obligations specific to the foodservice industry. Contract Management: Maintain an organized system for tracking contract milestones and deadlines, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up to date. Contract Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track and evaluate contract performance within the foodservice industry, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze contract data and identify trends and generate reports to support decision-making processes. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and summaries of contract analysis findings ensuring accuracy and adherence to established formats. Client Meetings and Updates: Meet with clients regularly to discuss contract progress, address concerns, and provide updates on contract status, milestones, and deliverables. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement related to contract management, reporting, and analysis within the foodservice industry and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
About You:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience Preferably a college degree Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, , INDEX and MATCH, macros), as well as in-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Automate). Industry Knowledge: Experience working with foodservice manufacturers and distributors is highly desirable. Familiarity with industry-specific contracts, regulations, and best practices will be advantageous. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex contract terms and identify potential risks or opportunities. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all contract-related information is thoroughly reviewed and maintained. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Client Management: Proven ability to meet with clients, build relationships, and provide regular updates on contract status, milestones, and deliverables.Don’t meet every requirement mentioned here?
