Responsibilities Assist customer to complete technical evaluation after receipt of offers. Prepare and file documentation to support contract requirements to include filing documentation in accordance with organization standards. Assist in executing contract workload within the Directorate. Formulate negotiation strategies, identifies areas subject to negotiations (e.g. price, quantity discounts, packaging, payment discounts, transportation, and delivery). Obtain reports and evaluating production capacity, quality control, previous record of performance. Serve as a senior contract specialist responsible for pre and post award of procurement of constructions, supplies, services, equipment, and information technology. Basic Requirement for Contract Specialist: Degree: Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees.
